Received the promo last week. It's a shame it won't be released this year cause it pisses all over all other thrash releases from this year. Brilliant guitar work, solos that actually add something to a song.
ONly donwside of the album is the horrendous sappy post 911 ballad "A Hero's Welcome" had they left that one off it would have been almost perfect (shame about the triggered drums as well). Now it runs well over an hour.

Though I wouldn't say they piss over Kreator, those two demo songs truly sound AMAZING nonetheless...They remind me (a bit) of metallica in the good ol' days...I will definitely check this out...Also, I quite like the artwork...

You're joking right?
The kast two Kreator albums are as poor as trhey can be. Totally boring and dire at best,

I remember when I picked up Breaking the Silence on a whim out of a discount cassette bin in 1988. Blew me away back then and "Goblin's Blade" is still a nostalgic favourite. Completey wore the cassette out. Really looking forward to hearing this.

I didn't know these were together again. Just saw them on the Hammerfest line-up and was a little surprised.

Yeah but I was expecting the actual release to be drawn out till at least the middle of next year. I remember waiting a longgg time to hear anything new before Suffo's latest - thought it was getting to be like that
As I shouted a couple days ago, how long has it been since anyone knew anything about what Anata, Necrophagist or Gorguts are doing? Or Exodus with that damnationed Atrocity pairing... Hmm, I guess we can forget about Necrophagist, that may be a never-ending never-going trendy project like a certain more famous "group" ending with N...

Exodus I don't understand what's happening there either.
As for Necrophagist as far as I heard they aren't even in the writing process yet (this must piss off their label immensely I would say. But at least it gives Relapse a good chance to promote their other bands to the fullest)
Gorguts aren't writing either as far as I know. And for Anata I couldn't give a flying fuck

Exodus are busy recording. You can even stream the whole process live, [ Link].
Necrophagist are still in writing mode, I suppose. On Summer Slaughter Tour they played a new song called "Dawn And Demise", [ Link]. Though, noone seems to know if this is "new album material" or not.
Anata should have released that new album by now. There is hope though, Relapse recently released a new t-shirt, named after one of the confirmed songs, [ Link]. So I can only suppose the album will be out any time soon?
No idea what Gorguts are up to.

Shit, thanks dude! Exodus TV indeed... Anata has a bit of lee-way considering the guitarist departure earlier this year. (edit - oh fuck that was 16 months ago. LOL) OK, back to American thrash

Nope, not at all...I would've put at least one smiley if I was joking...
No, seriously, you may find Kreator's recent albums boring, but I don't... I think they still rip heads of...Just like in the good days...Feel free to call me a fanboy if you wish, I wouldn't mind...
