So,

im about to buy this guitar soon. Im very excited about it. It's going to be my first 7-string guitar. I also thought about Ibanez Universe, but i've heard from many friends that it's not worth the money, and i tried both of course, and the 1527 is very good indeed. Im just going to change the pickups to Dimarzio Liquidfire and Crunchlab.

Anyone here own this guitar? It would be nice to hear other opinions of it..

Dude. buy this thing. I own the exact model (Royal Blue). The 1527 is the way to go. Amazing bridge, stays in tune all the time. The cutaway for access to the higher frets is simply essential, i wouldnt have it any other way. I too decided on a pickup swap because the stock pickups sound muddy and like shit. I decided to go with Dimarzios as well. I have the Blaze in the bridge and Air Norton 7 in the neck. I hope this message didn't come too late! cheers!
