I have no doubt that this record will be at least as good as their previous two...

My first thought on the artwork was "NOOO WHERE HAS THE GREEK AND/OR ROMAN FEEL GONE?!"

Then I realized "You know what, this is pretty effing awesome too!"

I'm scared I really like this band and don't want them to fall down to the swamp of mediocrity.

If they can just purge the chaff and stick with the gold they could really unleash a heck of a record.

Definitely not a fan of the artwork. But I expect big things from them. One of the very few melo-death bands I enjoy.

Same here, both about the artwork, and the music.

Strange cover...but Im pretty confident the music will be great, cant wait!

Yet another Australian album being mixed by Jens Bogren (after Chaos Divine's "The Human Connection" and Voyager's "The Meaning of I")...what is it with that? Really looking forward to this btw, Stone's Reach was easily one of my top albums of '09. Yes, the cover is weird, but it still has that creepy, gothic vibe that seems to be Be'lakor's thing. Bring on June already!

Artwork is pretty cool - really looking forward to this.

I never understood why this band was so popular. Stone's Reach was boring and monotonous to my ears, but I'll still try this out of course...

For me personally it's about their atmosphere - which I understand isn't something that everyone can relate to. It's the same with atmo-black bands. Some people (like me) are absorbed by a majority of what the genre has to offer, but some people just look at it passively because they don't "feel" or "identify" with the atmosphere.

That's not like, a snobbish thing like "oh, you don't like Imperium Dekadenz because you don't get it" or something. I just mean atmosphere works in mysterious ways.

Yeah, I definitely see what you mean by that. That probably has something to do with it, along with the fact that I'm never been that into melodeath.

I'm excited to see how they follow up to their last masterpiece

In Mourning wins the first round (Best Cover Art). Can't wait for these two albums.

There's nothing like properly executed Melodeath, for me anyways. Heavily anticipating this album and the new In Mourning. But I agree, good Melodeath is scarce, still my favorite genre though when done right.

So, so keen! 'Stone's Reach' was a masterpiece in my mind, I think the cover art is excellent but I don't know if it really suits the band's epic mythical vibe.
