Hailing from Finland, these guys aren't your average power metal band. Forming in 1998 and releasing Reign of Elements in 2002 which was just an average release, but don't be fooled just yet. Their second release Legacy of Hate was much different. Not only did it contain such classics as Shelter, Dream, and Legacy of Hate part 1 and 2. Their singer Antti Railio plays many parts in this concept album, about lizard folk and such (I'm not fully understanding of the concept) but since he is exceptional in clean, death , and black vocals, he plays each part well. Legacy of Hate part 1 and 2 are both 10 minutes in length. Their latest release Mortal Mind Creation shows the band maturing more. From the opening track Lord of Mortals, you are instantly hooked on this great power metal release. Definitely better than your average power metal band.

I know only blackened who play simmilar maybe there are others but hard to find

Reign of Elements was horribly generic, Legacy of Hate was a step up with a few really good songs (Breed From the Land Unknown, Legacy of Hate I & II), Mortal Mind Creation was REALLY fucking good, especially since it seemed like the singer's voice grew dramatically between the albums. And now, Vendetta is just ridiculous. Legacy of Hate III is unbelievably good, I especially enjoy the end with his harsh vocals..

Gonna see them next weekend

Yep, but hey it's ok, their singer is reality-TV star in Finland so what does it matter what your band is doing on stage

Yeah, I love Celesty and I won't listen to legacy of Hate Part three untill I get there other albums.
But I can't find them anywhere!!!! anyone know where to get "Reign Of Elements?"

Yeah Celesty is damn great, think all their albums are really good. Just wish those guys would stop by in Stockholm for a show in the near future....

Wish they would come to the UK, I didn't see them at BloodStock cause I didn't go, but come back!

I haven't really listened to anything other than Vendetta by them, but it was really good. If their earlier albums are anything like it, I'm sure I'd enjoy them.

I think some of the earlier stuff isn't like vendetta, (different members etc)

The epicness is still there though.
