I feel like I want to give this album a 9 just for all the butthurt it's inspiring. I still can't entirely tell if this band is actually serious or just a group of trolls, but if it's the latter, they've well surpassed master level

Catchy, melodic, and fun. Nevermind the weeaboo wankery and Japanese bashing here. This is a solid pop-metal record.

Nope, since they have next to nothing to do with metal whereas Babymetal, unfortunately, does.

This is an interesting one for me. Both most fans and detractors alike judge mostly on the gimmick, and surely there are many tracks where that gimmick is just way too forced (looking at you, Chocolate song) but overall this album's got some alright musicality to it.

On a bad note, some of these songs just flat out don't work (once again, Chocolate bullshit), but on a good note, the ending solo on the final track puts about 90% of other power metal solos to shame. Heck, the final track overall is actually pretty fantastic, along with track 2 and 5.

It's a mixed bag, this one. Easy to hate and easy to love.

(That being said, if I had one serious criticism to make, it would be that they should ditch the two backup singers. The lead actually has some pretty good vocals, but those other two are purely gimmick. They just make cute sounds and chime in with some really annoying noises. However, this is never gonna happen, so....)

Big 'meh'. Blood Stain Child and old Dragon Guardian does anything this band tries to do much better. This one only got so popular because of marketing and video performances.

I like this album very much, though I haven't got the slightest idea why.

You should all listen to the 'Air Vocal ver.' (instrumental/karaoke versions) of their songs, especially 'Megitsune', 'Akatsuki', and 'Ijime, Dame, Zettai'.
