Ibrahimović scored an amazing goal (of four!) against us today.

England were 2-1 up at half time, but then we substituted on four/five real young and inexperienced players. Joe Hart had a terrible game too.

Borussia has chance eliminate Bayern as champions first time in 10 years, they blooped it
Sad Schalke 04 and Herta Berlin relegated , some unknown teams will be promoted: 1. FC Heidenheim and Darmstadt 98 . I jope Hamburg will kick ass in play in against Stuttgart.

Serie A sad that Hellas will be relegated but
Milan sv Verona
Roma sv Spezzia
We all know Milan and Verona hates each other

Frosinone and Genoa are back. Bari(has 5th largets stadion in Italy Stadio San Nicola and hadf never been good Serie A team ), Parma, Calgari, Venezia, Reggina can go and win last spotr, but funny if Sudtirror will be promoted LOL, I like Italian play in system in lover levels. I hope Brescia will stay in play in out

On Sunday, AEK celebrated its 13th league title by securing an effortless victory over Volos, solidifying their triumph in the 2022-23 Super League championship.

Europa League final in less than 2 hours. Sevilla have never lost a Europa League final. José Mourinho has never lost a final. This should be an interesting match.

Excited for tonight’s Champions League final. I expect Simone Inzaghi to win the tactical battle. Individual brilliance may help City win it, but I wouldn’t bet more than €10 on it. A CL final is a different beast of a game from any other. I don’t see eye-to-eye with the countless analysts and fans who think Manchester City are huge favorites.

A brilliant save on 70th min nearly led me jump onto the different sofa. That is a save for Man City's lifting the cup.

I'd still feel City would have been 4-5 goals up against Milan seeing how cuppish those misses were.

Didnt find it too surprising that it was a tight match in the end, even a 1-0 for City was kind of expectable I would say. So, I am curious which bet you are thinking of that would have given you some significant money tonight.

I’m not being entirely serious, but I have been right about a ton of games and titles in recent years. I called City’s CL victory before the season had properly started. As I did with Argentine and the World Cup, though only once Argentina had qualified for the play-offs. I never doubted that Real Madrid would win the CL last year, not even when they were trailing Manchester City with minutes left. And I believe there’s an actual record of me predicting RM’s 3d CL victory with Zidane as head coach even somewhere in this thread a few pages back.

I don’t actually think anything of it, obviously. A gut feeling will sometimes lead to consecutive accurate “predictions” and it means nothing. In a world of billions of people making billions of predictions about everything, a lucky streak like mine is a statistical inevitability. I’ll likely never gamble or make bets regarding football, not even if my magical third eye keeps producing accurate predictions.

You have been talking about a few events where you've been right predicting their result ex ante. Have you ever been wrong about some events? I am asking because I believe that people in general -- myself included -- tend to better recall those events where they've been right predicting their outcome, compared with those events where they've been wrong.

I’ve certainly been wrong, too. And I agree, most people, maybe all, have that bias. For some, it's simpler to think they have precognitive powers than to understand the law of large numbers. That’s why I try to view things in a larger context. Just FYI, I am a skeptic and have no belief in the supernatural or supernatural powers, such as clairvoyance.

I guess we’d better bring this back on topic though I am actually glad Manchester City finally won the Champions League. I’m not a supporter of the club, but I like Guardiola and admire his tactics and relentless desire to perfect every aspect of the game.

back on topic

I've this time been pretty much undecided as to who I would have wanted to win the final. City for me kind of deserved it when you consider how great they played in the quarter and the semi finals. Inter on the other hand would naturally have been a damn nice surprise, had they managed to completely neutralize City's offensive runs. While in most other years I was some how cheering for one of the final opponents, this year I would have been fine with either one winning.

MLS is probably the standard equivalent of the Scottish League nowadays, I think Messi could maybe handle a few seasons there if he chose to play for Celtic, and he would be guaranteed a trophy or two, but I would rather he play for Rangers, he might just help knock Celtic off their pedestal. That ain't ever gonna happen though, he won't earn enough money.

I mean they wont accept less pay and weaker teams. Messi could survive in Championship 6 years, Ronaldo in English tier 3 10 years.

AEK vs Dinamo was postponed because of heavy riots where Bad Blue Boys and Gated 13 crew attacked and wanted brake in in AEK stadion where Original 21 start defend own ground. One AEK greek was stabbed and died, few hospitalized. Like 100 croats arrested on scene , few in hotel, few on border way home.
They crossed Greece and Albania border.
Even in EU countries can start border control in accessions, Albania is not in EU , Greeks could close border and arrest all croats who wanted enter by cars. One Lithuanian team vs Polish team, when they play Lithuanians close border between and stop all buses, cars whit PL registration number and search them, Few football boys was late to game, few was busted for weapons, pyro. But after riots there ha sno been riots in Lithuania when they play polish teams. It can be done here, to prevail event.
But question is can UEFA band teams for riots what happened many hours before game ? Can they?
I want hear UEFA reaction since Greek and Croat clubs are not saints , Dinamo and Hajduk has many suspended penalties, they even can be kicked out from UEFA one year or one year behind closed doors. I can not wait to see UEFA comments.
One people died, yes but if person would chace and riot, sit at home and play PC or do facebooking it wont happen. People choose they way at life, it was case here. Now what will happen whit arrested croats, what will happen if they go to the jail in Greece? Who can prove who stabbed? Can ultras whiteness testimony be good, what happens whit boys who rat out?
What a waist of life, waist your life whit football fanatism.

Positive: I am watching to female WC in NZ, Ausie. I like attendance and interest there by locals. 2023 should be play in Uruguay. But I hope Ausie and NZ whill make 2034 or 2038 male WC together. They deserve it!!!! Last 2 WC was plaid in places who should never get it, and now 2030 Saudies wants it, well sorry Australia and NZ is million times better country as Saudi. Budweiser I hope they learned lesson about Qatar and stop finace FIFA. Just saying, who wants live there anyway?

Great news Bad English, sounds like the iconic San Siro will remain. It's one of the most famous and atmospheric stadiums in the world imo.
