Why don't just push the concerts? Sometimes I don't get these "celebrities".

Man, I was really pumped to go see them with the King, but the fact that they dropped out instead of going on the tour without KD really pisses me off, they way they explained it seemed almost cowardly to me.

I don't think they are a big enough concert draw in the States.

In the states all they have to do is get a bunch of hardcore/metalcore bands to get on the bandwagon with them then they'll draw a big crowd...that's how I saw them last time...I'd go see them again even if they have those shit acts opening...I paid all that money for all the shitcore bands and only went to see Kreator...this whole thing about not being able to see King Diamond and Kreator together is STILL PISSING ME OFF!!!!

Well that adjective 'teutonic' is there only because the guys are from Germany, and they wanted to give, like, a cool ring to it.

German metallers Kreator have issued the following update via their website:

"Following their truly global Enemy of God World Tour, thrash gods Kreator will be parking the steamrollers for a while and taking a creative break in 2008 to concentrate on writing new material and recording their next
album. Live activity for the band in 2008 will only be sporadic, consisting primarily of selected festival appearances. Kreator's next album is currently scheduled for release in January of 2009, to be followed by an extensive world tour later in the year.
To make the long wait a little less painful for Kreator fans, March of 2008 sees the re-release on DVD of "Live in East Berlin" and "Hallucinative Comas", both re-edited and previously only available on VHS video cassette. The DVD release goes out under the title "At the pilse of Kapitulation - Live in east Berlin 1990"."

Live Kreation is amazing! i didn't get the last one (Enemy Of God ive or whatever is the name) but is amazing the work in the Live Kreation DVD and many many extras, videos, concerts, backstage, discography...just fuckin' amazing!!!

I really like Kreator, especially Enemy Of God album. My favorite song from that album is One evil comes, a million follow but I have a few more that I like (People Of The Lie...)

Great band for sure. Well, the Live Kreation is amazing album, the mixture of all great songs...of course, they can make amazing atmosphere at the concerts...especially on the OA festivals.

Kreator´s album between 1985-1990 are really great I think. After coma of souls most of their albums don´t apeal to me that much. But not not bad at all

My favorites are Voices of the Dead, Violent Revolution, Phobia, Enemy of God, and When Death Takes it's Dominion. Out of all of their stuff that I've heard these seem to be the catchiest.

We are two now man!... one of my dream is to see them playing live in Bogota along with Sodom and Destruction, that would be a really bad Terror Zone !!! they once came with Destruction but I missed it! but some friends where there and told me it was crazy

Hey there yeah, that live album shows a great skill from Kreator. German thrash metal bands always tend to be "agressive" most of times. Putting this emotion to most of their songs.
I love that album aswel.

kreator will always be the best european thrash metal bands, and worldwide always at the top too even today they keep on releasing nice albums.

like some iron maidens of the thrash metal wave, never disapoints ( apart from endorama )

I disagree with you both, they aren't trash, but Teutonic Thrash metal at its top
I saw them twice (on Open Air and indoor), they're one of the best Thrash metal bands actually and real killers on stage. I hope an impressive forthcoming album in 2009, full of aggressiveness and killer riffs. Wait and see later....

They killed whatever was left of the crowd after Testament last Saturday...

Teutonic thrash metal is german thrash. just like bay area thrash refers to the bands from the bay area.. it's hard to believe that you never heard this before.
