Cmon , guys remember that Vader ' s musicians are 50 years old, so dont force them to play as wild and crazy as 20 years ago, for me they are great with this stuff, and if some of you think that they play more melodic or boring for me id doesnt really matter ; great band , great lp, and great bonus songs especially when you understand polish ...

Eh, pretty unimpressive after two listens. I've never been able to get into Vader as much as other people it seems.

It's really a beast. my first taste of them was cool

The bonus songs are terrible

In my opinion - bonus songs are the best on this album Especially song in Polish what is quite rare and even growled can be understandable.
Sound like classic Vader from early years perfect!

I was just about to give them another try but I forgot I deleted them from my library haha. They were marring what was otherwise an enjoyable album. The Polish was not the issue for me, the songs in general were just laughable.

One of the best DM releases of the year so far for me. "Hexenkessel" and "The Eye of the Abyss" are notably epic highlights, but everything else is just as solid.

Listened to this again - regrettably it didn't sound any better

Unimpressive but pretty much exactly what you can expect from Vader these days. Good-but-not-great death metal.

People still care about Vader? I used to love them to death, but they have been the most boring band ever for the past like 5+ years. Bleh.

I, personally don't care about Vader, I just care about good music and some good riffing... And that's what they still deliver...

Liked it very much. Must be their best in years.

Good to know that Vader are still in shape. Some great riffing and trademark Peter's guttarals.
My favourites: Triumph of Death, The Eye of the Abyss.

Really awesome Death Metal with this álbum, very complete, great sound achieved (the drummer is a monster), one of the best from them... And totally agree with the staff pick.

I have many years to listen to Vader like this

A very good metal album again. Not their best release, but heavy & strong like usually. Some excellent songs & some good & very good songs. A solid rating of "8" is suitable.
