And for mine. Melodies is way too hard (though on another forum I did best synth riffs), so I'll do riffs. I'm including some non-metal songs as they're riffs are just too good, and they fit well enough. I'll order them more or less from my favorite down. Gosh, there is too many awesome riffs, I'm forcing myself to stick to 25.

Crawl Through Knives - In Flames
Layla - Eric Clapton
Patterns - Tony Iommi
Lucid - Heylasfas
Broken - Pantera
Supernaut - Black Sabbath
Stricken - Disturbed
Seven Nation Army - White Stripes
Blood and Thunder - Mastodon
Ain't Talking About Love - Van Halen
Crazy Train - Ozzy Osbourne
Breaking the Law - Judas Priest
Pick Me Up - Dinosaur Jr.
Advantages - Tarby
Stand Up - Stony Blues
The Trooper - Iron Maiden
Freezing Moon - Mayhem
Raining Blood - Slayer
Rocket Skates - Deftones
Scarlet - Periphery
In Flames - Cloud Connected
Holy Wars - Megadeth
Mudshovel - Staind
Number of the Beast - Iron Maiden
Back in Black - AC/DC

Also, while I don't feel it fits with the other riffs, the outro riff to Flood's by Pantera is one of my favorite things ever.

I'll add a few keyboard melodies:
Edge of Thorns - Savatage
Amaranth - Nightwish
Rainbow in the Dark - Dio
The Smoke - Amorphis
The Reflection - Tarby
Suicide Notes - Dethonator
Stand Ablaze - In Flames
