Livsnekad, yet another excellent Swedish BM rooted band. Most sites seem to list them as doom/black metal but, I find them to have a DSBM sound and feel.

Members:
Ulf Nylin - Vocals (Skendöd, Murmurs, Korpblod)
Andreas Larsen - Vocals, Guitar, Bass (Shining (Swe), Vile Scar, Level Above Human)
Christian Larsson - Guitar (Svart (Swe), Promenia, Sanctum Sanguis, Apati)
Richard Schill - Drums (Shining (Swe), Spawn of Possession, Vile Scar, Level Above Human)
Seiya Ogino - Piano

Session Members:
Session members:
Niklas Kvarforth - Vocals
Árni - Piano, Violin (Igneus, Dysthymia (Isl), Skendöd)

Resource: http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=110987

Albums to date: Kottets Och Sinnets Biografi (2007) EP, Den Sociala Vanförheten (2009) LP

With two main members from Shining, and Kvaforth as a guest vocalist, it's easy to see why I labelled them as DSBM because, it sounds like it could have been earlier Shining material by comparison.

Great band, both the EP and LP are top notch; discuss.

Not bad at all. You can really hear influences from the older Shining albums.

I was surprised at how good it was as well, especially when I read that the author/reviewer felt the EP was the better of the two, mostly because they felt the LP had too much treble, I actually prefer the LP myself, I think the treble is just right - then again, I always prefer a bit more trebel when it comes to playing guitar and when I record music.
