Classic Monster of Earache Records, Highly Recommended
1987 was the year of Grindcore according to some experts; bands like Agathocles, Extreme Noise Terror and Carcass were haunting the scene with some Demos and EP's by then; but there was a band that was already smothering some ears with a Full Length CD called simply "Scum", a band so tense and so ahead of its time that scared the living *Bleep Noise* out of your parents, and even the people that called themselves "Extreme" in those days had to breathe for a second and say "What the Hell was that?". The name ladies and gentleman, is Napalm Death .
Its a strange album because it was recorded by two line ups. The first half is the more focused memorable part, which has more variation. The second part of the album is decent as background music.
Only a 7.9 average for this album? It should be a bit higher IMO.
I remember hearing this for the first and I was taken aback by how extreme and volatile it all was, So I can only imagine the impact it had when it first came out, A legendary release.

Quick trivia: Has anyone noticed the mc donalds logo near "Scum"?
Not that surprising. Look at a big picture of the album and you'll see many other logos like Ford, Coca Cola, Nestle, IBM, GM, ICI and I think there's a chevrolet one...

Maybe i simply don't understand that kind of music, but for me it's brutality without a point. I can hear no lyrics just "uughhh" and "aaagghhhrrr". And most disturbing parts of that album are blasts, I just hate them, the most unoriginal drum beat ever in my opinion.

Evidently extreme metal is just not for you.
EDIT: Didn't see your age at first. There's still a chance you'll grow into this stuff, but don't force it. Start with some "easier" bands to get into before jumping into something like grindcore.

Ya I wasn't meaning to imply this is some kind of masterpiece that he'll grow into, but his comment seemed indicative of disliking harsh vocals and typical extreme metal drumming techniques so I figured a grind album really wouldn't be the best place to start.
Unless you're vezzy, of course.

In my case it's not about harsh vocals themselves, just "grind" type of them. I love really deep Death Metal growl like in Vader, or Amon Amarth when i can hear something, even sometimes in Funeral Doom when they sounds like some kind of instrument, or in Black Metal when they're part of an atmosphere. In grindcore (that little part I've heard) i find them disturbing. I'm trying to find something cool or/and positive in every kind of metal (even in deathcore), but i have problem with that genre. Is there some band that i can better start with?

Not sure if you want grindcore suggestions or deathcore suggestions. :s
grindcore
Personally... I would say Pig Destroyer is a great band that embodies the idea of more mature grindcore (this doesn't say I consider Napalm Death stupid, not at all). It has everything grindcore is known for which would be fast and short tracks, agressive vocals, blast beats etc etc... but taken in another level. Like this.

Thanks, they seem to be more interesting for me, I'll definitely check them soon.

That being said.... I will also tell you that you can't really think that all Napalm Death albums will sound like their debut. Hell no, the difference in sound is immense nowdays.
Just listen to this track from their second to last album.
And just because I enjoy talking about Pig Destroyer (they are my favorite grindcore band after all)... this is another killer track.

I've decided to start to listen to grindcore with the most known band and album of that genre, apparently it was a mistake. Clearly Napalm Death isn't for me (even the new stuff, witch is way better in my opinion, but still not for me), and Pig Destroyer seems to be really interesting and cool. Thanks again.

No problem. If you have some questions regarding grindcore just ask. I'm not that much of an expert but I do enjoy it a lot and know a couple of good bands.

It seems you've been given at least one solid suggestion so far, but you can't go wrong with a few others: Nasum, Misery Index, Cephalic Carnage, and Leng Tch'e.

But yeah... the others you mentioned are cool too!
Also... the dude might like Brutal Truth. I would suggest the latest two:
- Evolution Through Revolution
- End Time which probably was my favoeite grindcore of 2012... Dudes are pretty forward thinking in those two albums.
