To me this was their real comeback after 2 kind of bland albums- Into the Unknown and Dead Again..9 has some really great moments on it..it's not on the level of classic MF, but it's still damn good.

Great album total magic I rememer this listening at our flat with my friend, and feeling this urge to set this music as loud so every one can hear "sold my soul" in our small polish town where no one would ever tolerate Satans sound

I hope they can make a new album so Mercyful Fate's discography doesn't have to end with this. Also, shouldn't 9 have been the 9th track?

The best out of the last three MF albums. With that said it's by no means anything you would hang in the christmas tree, it's a quite monotonous record with too little that hooks you. Buried Alive and Last Rites are possibly my favourites.
