That there is by far the best video they ever released (better imo than Ten Thousand Strong). imo it's a new era for the band and i hope they continue on this great surge of quality they've been on lately.

now i'm super pumped for the show next month

I think that's the first time I've ever seen Jon playing an Explorer!

Anyways, great song and video. xD

Def. their best video yet, still pretty cheesy though & the sound is not synched up properly with the vid.

the guy has recently switched to Explorers after BC Rich (Alive in Athens), and Gibson LP's, there's even a guitar riff lesson on how to play the riff to Burning Times online on which he plays that exact same guitar (or another yellow explorer, definitely Gibson though).

It's the first time I've ever seen him play an Explorer. I've seen footage from the Burnt Offerings tour where he used a Gibson flying V. Then he switched to BC Rich for a short time, before starting to play Les Paul's exclusively. It looks a bit weird him playing an Explorer, but it's a great guitar anyways, as is the man playing it. hehe

I don't know who edited that video... but in the beginning they are clearly not playing what you are hearing.

Didn't Patton Oswald do a bit about metal videos.. and bands playing in abandoned factories where all they make are sparks??

Video could of been better but is ok. Certainly the best Iced Earth music video yet in any case. This time next week I will probably be settling down into bed after having watched them play, I can't wait!

Oh no! That's sad to hear
I accidentally came across the setlist the other day. It's pretty interesting. Watched some Youtube footage of a recent gig as well, and they are sounding good. It's looking like it will be a pretty damn good gig.
