Burzum (Nothing more needs to be said, really)
Drudkh: Awesome band from the Ukraine, especially in terms of atmosphere. In terms of dbm, the first album is probably better than the latter ones (I only have Autumn Aurora which is stunning).
Krohm: Havent heard but plan to get 'A World through Dead Eyes' soon. I would like to hear some opinions.
Beatrik: Again, I only plan to get Journey through the End of Life. I would like some opinions.
Veil: Relatively unknown USBM band. I have heard good things about their release 'Dolor' available from Autumn Winds Prod.
I chose not to mention Xasthur, as I hardly find them depressive, just tedious. WAY overhyped due to this whole 'suicidal blackmetal' craze.
If anyone could post info on some Swedish dbm such as Hypothermia, Kyla, Durthang etc that would be excellent.

I like Black Metal very much but Depressive (Suicidal) BM? No thanks. I can't stand music that is depressive in its essence, it bores me to death. When I listen to metal, it's to crank me up, to feel better, so I don't see the point in depressive music. That's also why I dislike the entire Doom metal genre (along with the utterly boring slowness).

It's been a while since I've heard either project though, but Eikenskaden was the harsher one in my opinion. Anyway, just check them out and I'm sure you'll like them.

I kinda like Gris, they have pretty overwhelming soundscapes and impressive vocals (plus some neoclassical wankery which I don't care much of). There was a period when I was quite interested in this black metal subgenre, listened to Nyktalgia quite a lot and also early Shining. But now I find it really boring. I also enjoy Mortifera now and then but I don't know if they even play dbm.

Don't know if they've been mentioned, as I'm too lazy to read the past 7 pages, but Mortifera seem like depressive bm to me. The tone of the music and the melodies for some songs are extremely depressing for me. Le Revenant is qq worthy. Gotta luv noktu and neige.

I really thought that Strid would have been mentioned at least somewhere in the last 7.5 pages of this thread, seeing as they are often viewed as being the originators of DBM but alas  I've been pretty bored with this sub-genre of a sub-genre lately, aside from Shining, but sometimes I'll listen to Nyktalgia, Abyssic Hate, and a few other depressive black metal bands, but there are far more interesting things going on in BM these days.
