If it's more like Njord or Vinland Saga than Symphonies, I'm super excited!

I must admit, that I didn't expected this. It's the most interesting LE album since Vinland Saga. Real Viking stuff, with lots of acoustic sounds and surprisingly descent written music.

I'm a few tracks in, and so far this is sounding like their best album since Vinland Saga.

They really need to stop writing songs like Halvdan The Black - it sounds so much like a watered-down Epica song that I thought I was listening to a ripoff of The Quantum Enigma! Albums like Vinland Saga had so much of their own identity, I don't understand why they're trying to imitating other (more successful) symphonic acts.

Giving more listens, but a couple listens through and very pleasantly surprised by how well done this album is. I really wasn't expecting much after the last album.

Ugh, their worst album. I think they're out of gas and out of ideas.

They're getting weaker and more uninspired by the album, this one is so boring and repetitive and even Liv's voice sounds bad. I guess she's trying to try something different, but it doesn't work, her charm was in that sweet voice, not in some badly produced operatic squeeks.

Simply cannot get into this band anymore. The guitar tone just drives me away, and the song writing is so bland. Ahh, well.

Liv sounds great as always, and the songs have more going for them than any on Symphonies Of The Night did. However, pretty much every song is fundamentally flawed because they aren't written to compliment Liv's singing, or anyone's talent really. They are written to lead into some chorus specifically for Alexander Krull to gargle 3 or 4 words every other measure and feel like he's a good vocalist. Yet another Leave's Eyes album ruined by his insistence to add his shit vocals. He sounds like he chews up a bunch of bees before recording them so his tongue is swollen ten times bigger. He can barely enunciate simple one syllable words.

Oh yeah, and including a second disc with instrumental versions was kind of pointless. Now if they were "Krull free" versions.....
