Khôrada - Announce Debut Album, Premiere First Song

Following the break-up of American atmospheric black metal band Agalloch, John Haughm went his own way and formed Pillorian, while the rest of the band members, namely Don Anderson (guitar), Jason Walton (bass) and Aesop Dekker (drums), teamed up with ex-Giant Squid guitarist/vocalist Aaron John Gregory and formed Khôrada, which were immediately signed to Prophecy Productions. Now we are finally hearing news from this project.

The debut album will be called Salt and it will be released through Prophecy Production on the 20th of July 2018. The album was engineered, mixed, and produced by Billy Anderson and mastered by Justin Weis. You can see the cover art, made by Cedric Wentworth, below:

You can also listen to their first taste of new music, a song called "Ossify", featuring guest keyboards by Giant Squid's Andrew Southard, below:

Tracklist:

1. Edeste
2. Seasons Of Salt
3. Water Rights
4. Glacial Gold
5. Augustus

Prophecy Productions has announced a number of different formats in which Salt will be available, including a 2CD hardcover book, a black vinyl, a clear vinyl edition, and a complete boxset. You can learn more about and preorder each of those here.
