The Priest Ranked

Created by: Blackcrowe | 10.06.2022

1. Judas Priest - Stained Class
1978 Never been in Stained Class until the last few years and with the time become in my favorite Judas Priest record
2. Judas Priest - Sin After Sin
1977 Same as my number one I been on the first 5 records in the last years Simon Phillips play drums on this one
3. Judas Priest - Sad Wings Of Destiny
1976 I’ve always love this record the cover the obscure songs and of course one of the classic songs of the band The Ripper
4. Judas Priest - Killing Machine (Hell Bent For Leather)
Great record 1978 love the art cover it’s like Stainless Class part 2
5. Judas Priest - British Steel
1980 The first step into the 80’s the band sound particularly heavy on this record probably they were looking for a more comercial sound the band dont fail to the fans but JP gain the recognition from the charts. A great record got another gem Metalgods an all time classic .
6. Judas Priest - Screaming For Vengeance
1982 I start listen the Priest with this record and it had to be my number one 5 or 6 years a go.
7. Judas Priest - Defenders Of The Faith
I love the 50 % of this record and I think Freewill Burning it is one of the best songs of metal ever…
8. Judas Priest - Painkiller
1990 Was a great record maybe because they need something more Thrashy according the times but with the years start a little bit tire off.
9. Judas Priest - Firepower
Their last Studio record brutal heavy power love it.
10. Judas Priest - Rocka Rolla
1974 One of the underrated record this hard rock gem captures the band in the beginning.
11. Judas Priest - Turbo
1986 JP after Screaming and Defenders probe that their can sound heavy and comercial so the band decide to experiment and the results are really good I like Turbo
12. Judas Priest - Point Of Entry
1981 The second step into the eighties JP got no idea or no clues in what a band like that have to sound the band has a lot of pressure in what Iron Maiden become and suddenly the band doesn’t know how to mend their horizon
13. Judas Priest - Invincible Shield
2024 After all this years Judas Priest continues with their great legacy not as good as their previous record Firepower Invincible Shield is a good example of their great job in the Heavy Metal world
14. Judas Priest - Angel Of Retribution
2005 Great Comeback in my opinion this record it’s the best comeback album ever Judas really rising on this one.
15. Judas Priest - Redeemer Of Souls
2014 Great record heavy as Redeemer but the compositions are too similar between each other
16. Judas Priest - Ram It Down
1988 This record has 2 or 3 really good songs the rest is totally forgotten especially the nasty version of Johnny B Goode
17. Judas Priest - Nostradamus
never understood the concept not a good record and worst record with Halford
18. Judas Priest - Jugulator
I like Ripper Owen but not in Judas Priest this record it’s really heavy has their moments.
19. Judas Priest - Demolition
definitely no not a good record the band lost their dignity and Ripper Owen became hated by the fans.

Cool to see Hell Bent For Leather high in the rankings. It's been a while since I listened to it, but I remember it having some really great songs!
