This band was once one of the most consistent and exciting power metal bands out there, but their last release was very disappointing imo, hopefully they're re-energized and back to form, I'm skeptical about this though.

Agreed. The first song they've released is very good and what I want from them. Hype re-ignited.

Hell yeah! Love this band. Angel of Salvation is one of my favorite albums ever. So far this one seems to be pretty good. Definitely an improvement from the last one.

I found their previous album underwhelming tbh but it seems like they've reignited some kind of spark that they've been missing. It's far from their best work, and it doesn't seem a lot different to other releases I've heard from them in the past, but they've done just enough here to impress me once again, and those solo's are back better than ever.
