Disc III [B-Sides & Rarities]
Disc IV [All Videos And rehearsal pieces with live footage]

Thrash legends Death Angel did a really successful comeback last year, and even if the album "The Art of Dying" wasn't received with only good words, no one could take away the spirit and happiness away from all the fans of Death Angel or Thrash music in general.
The bands label should be happy about the signing, but other labels also wants a piece of the cake and since they can't sign the band they might just have to buy the older records and release them again. And that's exactly what Ryko/Sanctuary did, they bough Death Angels first and second album, re-mastered them, added some bonus songs, a full cd with just rarities and a DVD and putted them all in a large box.

Now this might sound like a great deal, right?
Unfortunately it's not as great as it might seem, sure you'll get the first two albums in re-mastered editions and you'll get some bonus material.
But that's just the problem, the bonus material is so bad that it shouldn't even left the bands basements, the material isn't fair against all the spending material Death Angel written.

I guess some of you might be really upset because of my words here, but I'm just telling you the truth. Death Angel is indeed a legendary Thrash Metal band, and their albums are really good. But this "bonus" material is just crap, pure crap. And that we should spend money on it isn't fair against all buyers either. If it had to be released, it could have been putted on a website for so everyone could download it for free.

Okay, now I've said exactly what I feel about this box, mostly negative things, so I thought that I would try to bring forward something positive about it too.
Like the re-mastered editions of the first two albums, those are great, much better sound and you can enjoy the music on a much higher level.
The box in general is nice too, it's actually a quite regular box but it's very nice done.

But still, they could have re-mastered the albums and released them as a double, and made the extra material available for downloading, because it's not worth spending your money one, well, except if you're a real die-hard fan that has to own and hear EVERYTHING the band has done, no matter how bad it is, then this box is a fine haul.

Check Out: The great re-mastered "The Ultra-Violence" & "Frolic Through the Park".
