I really don't know what to say about this? in one hand we have pretty cool old-school Trash metal with killer guitar riffs and Mega solos, in the other hand we have one of the most annoying voices I heard in a long time, we have drums that sound almost progressive, and a very unoriginal cover art, we have a nice production (remember is self-released) but nothing that hasn't been done before?
As you might noticed I have very mixed feelings about this debut album, and I really wanted to like this.. Let's start for saying, that I don't hate it, but it doesn't make me go nuts, I mean the guitar work is really great, but I have a little problem with the vocalist, I don't know, it just makes me want to turn off the stereo?
But riffing is the name of the game here, I was really impressed by the guitar work here, these guys have been listening to some old releases of Metallica, Megadeth and Slayer, like I said before, don't expect nothing new here, just some old-school Trash metal attack. Just remember I told you about the vocalist. Is too soon to draw conclusions, so I guess I'll wait to see them live when they stop by in their upcoming South American tour, well, that's if the vocalist doesn't punch me first when he sees me? I'll take my chances.
