What happens to most Death Metal bands is that they release a good album and ends up breaking-up for good or even worse, they end up releasing bad albums; here's a band that seriously needs to avoid this fact, they released this great piece back in 2002 and then three long years after, they decided to offer a new disc called "Vaya" which didn't come near "Bioconstruct" at all...Fortunately for them, Disconcert Music decided to give them another chance and re-released their debut album this year, now, with newer audience, a better label and a disturbing cover that only gives me the creeps, it's up to them to create a better follow-up, let's just wait and see.

For those who never had the chance to hear this great underground Death Metal assault, it's just a bizarre mix between Melodeath and classic Death Metal, there are tons of hostile riffs but there are also many acoustic passages, for some it will be really hard to follow due to the general mixture, but the open-minded ones (the smart ones as I like to call them) will surely appreciate the style and the music.

Songs like "Soulraped" will be the archetype of this band, it opens with a brutal riff and a speedy drum pattern, the vocals are obviously low as only hell can be and the sound is just crushing, all of a sudden the tempo goes down and you end up hearing a melodious ascending solo with a soft background, it's really something out of this world.

The ones seeking for blood and brutal flesh might not digest the softer sides, and the ones looking for Opeth will get scared at the first blast-beat they hear, the rest of us with harder throats and experienced ears will see an original offering that goes beyond the limits of Death or Melodic Metal.

Best Tracks: "Shotgun Surgery", "Soulraped", "The Night Is My Stage"
