Not the best year for challenging extreme metal, so far....

So I wonder: what do you hear that makes it outstanding to you

blending together. I did get a mental image of a sound collage - gold leaf and aluminum foil and clingfilm and other materials made up into something where I can't tell if it's abstract or will be a shape at some point.
