Its taken me some time to consider that , But I gotta agree with you dude .. For Songwriting I think Decap BELONG at the top, they own writing !

They did include some technical elements to their first two albums, a trait they sadly did not continue to use after the first two.

I have to agree with ProperBurial, please consider also Archspires albums and maybe Fleshgod Apocallipse.
Interesting thing about Sceptic is that the lead singer was Polish Champion in 200m sprint, he's carrying national record till now and he have won bronze in European Champioships:)
Other band from Poland Decapiteted is a bit overrated IMO and for me Deicide is not a tech death but it's good anyway
If anyone knows other good tech death bands please leave a comment here cause I'm still looking.
BTW Sorry for my english bu I'm polish and that explains a lot:P
