1. Dream Theater - Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes From A Memory (Perfect from the beggining to the end)
2. Symphony X - The Odyssey (The music "The Odyssey" turns this album into a masterpiece)
3. Therion - Secret Of The Runes (A must for lovers of norse mythology)
4. Dream Theater - Images And Words (Maybe the most important milestone in progressive music)
5. Primordial - Spirit The Earth Aflame (Cruel and intense, heavily rooted to the earth)
6. Children Of Bodom - Hatebreeder (The album that changed Finnish music history)
7. Amaseffer - Slaves For Life (One of the biggest surprises I had recently)
8. Symphony X - The Divine Wings Of Tragedy (A brute demonstration of technical skills into symphonic melodies)
9. Nightwish - Oceanborn (Tarja will always be the main reference of female metal singers)
10. Finntroll - Jaktens Tid (The trolls best album: chaos and fun, death and drunkards)
11. Dark Tranquillity - Damage Done (Possibly the most woeful album of this band)
12. Pantera - Far Beyond Driven (My first contact with the strength of Pantera)
13. Therion - Vovin (Many of my favorite musics come from this piece of art)
14. Haggard - Eppur Si Muove (A different symphonic band, always nice to listen)
15. Circus Maximus - Isolate (Almost radiophonic, a recent and beautiful discovery)
16. Arcturus - La Masquerade Infernale (Unsettling album, almost paranoid)
17. Megadeth - Rust In Peace (One of my first contacts with metal)
18. Bal-Sagoth - Atlantis Ascendant (Amazing work by this British band)
19. Green Carnation - Light Of Day, Day Of Darkness (A song with an hour long magnificently made)
20. Metallica - Ride The Lightning (A true classic to end the list, my favorite of Metallica!)
