VERIKALPA - NEW ALBUM 'TUOPPITANSSI' OUT ON FEBRUARY

Finnish crazy extreme folk metal warriors Verikalpa are going to release their new album 'Tuoppitanssi' on February 21st, 2020, on Scarlet Records.
Verikalpa formed in 2015 and released their debut album 'Taistelutahto' in 2018, making them one of the hottest newcomers of the always vibrant Finnish heavy metal scene.
After a few line-up changes, Verikalpa hit the studio to start working on their sophomore album, they found a new home with Scarlet Records and are ready to spread their word on a much bigger scale.
Singing in his own native mother language ("Tuoppitanssi" actually stands for "pintdance"), the sextet combines fast up-tempos, raging vocals and brilliant melodies: a truly breathtaking assemblage of black, death & folk metal and symphonic elements.
'Tuoppitanssi' is an ecstatic journey through the Finnish folklore, superstitions and traditions; stories of old local pagan beliefs mixed with more outlandish fantasy elements that are all tied together by the unholy trinity of beer, blood and war!

Nothing groundbreaking except the fact they trying real hard to emulate Finntroll/Ensiferum. At least, that's what I get to hear from one good song "Tuonen Miekka".

Finish polka sauna party is legendary it goes on when midnight sun is shining, you run naked around reindeer slaughter stone. In winter you run naked and jump into snow, go in sauna, drunk beer, vodka X30 and then start ro sweet , then there is a girl, you shagagaga her and dont remember a think next day and then you continue whit accordion and polka party music. No its not when music recons my kantele, its other one. party song, you know thrash is party but this is saune pol aparty and more party mood, after doing it 20 years every day you get old and cant get stiffy up. Wait a second, have I seen and heard this before? Yes I have Korpiklaani in their best days and Finntroll mixture whit new band, new lyrics and composition, but its same.
