Massive improvement over Blackfield V.

Several memorable tracks here, even though Steven's presence has been scaled back a bit. My favorite track has got to be "Fallen," absolutely gorgeous.

Side note - Would it kill these guys to write a happy song? The lyrics are so sad sometimes it's almost cringe.

Side note #2 - Surprised by all of the low ratings. I suspect many people only listened to the singles, said "Pop song BAD" and assumed the entire album sounded as such. There's a lot of classic Blackfield on here, only three songs are poppier.

Pretty enjoyable album, I'm surprised at the low rating so far as well.

Some one needs to change the genre there - "avant-garde rock"?! Was it put there as a joke ? Funny if it was the case, now that everyone laughed, let's make it right.
