Wrote this for the EP on my list, but since this features those songs as well here it is:

"Moments upon submitting yourself to the music you are thrown headlong into an ominous ritual, beckoned forth by intense tribal drumming and a few well-placed distorted guitar riffs. The ceremony climaxes, trampling you with a wall of technical death and extreme prog alike - demonstrating that extremity can be groovy and intricate. Beyond monstrous growls, the refreshing selection of vocal styles proves entertaining. The drummer is infallibly captivating, complementing the music phenomenally through a diverse and adaptable skill set. The tribal instrumentation introduced earlier is by no means an affectation and plays an integral role in the band's sound, which is both familiar and innovative. Despite an EPs brevity, you will be surprised with a broad spectrum of fitting influences: Opethian interludes, vocal harmonies in the vein of Woods Of Ypres, Xanthochroid inspired epic black metal, Behemoth-esque death metal, and even Mongolian throat singing. The passion behind Ayahuasca is palpable - you can tell they're playing music they love. The fact that I effortlessly managed to write so much - relatively - about an 3-song EP is a testament to the members' unconstrained talent."
