Not all music that sticks its tongue firmly in its cheek is that good, but there's a sweet sweet spot in music that embraces its own ridiculousness without compromising its quality.

I'm really impressed with this. It reminds me of something else I've heard recently, but I can't quite put my finger on. I does get those western vibes at points like Wayfarer maybe

Very pleased to read this. Love, love, love Satan Spits and my vinyl preorder is waiting for me to collect.

Wow! This is excellent and really fun! At times great black metal atmospheres, at times slow almost doom riffs, and all the time catchy fast-paced energy (I guess those are the punk influences) - this album showcases a crazy amount of talent!

I also really like the cover art. It looks a lot like Stormkeep's latest album - but now in purple!

My favorite tracks are "Acid Black Mass", "The Vigour of Evil", and "Shrines in Cinder"

I hope this album gets enough attention - its already become AOTY contender for me!

I hadn't heard the first one, so I just gave it a listen now. It really is very different, so I don't think it's a given that you'll be happy with this one as a follow up. The first album is a bit more unique sounding, a bit more sludgy, and actually probably even better

Yeah they've dialed back the crust-punk a bit but it still rocks. I seem to make a habit of being disappointed with sophomore albums but not this one. A solid 8 for me which might get upgraded to a 9 in the future.

It kind of reminds me of a dirtier Tribulation. Its fantastic either way though.

Saccharine Tribulation worship. Although Punk is a place I need to venture correctly. The artwork looks like it's got its heart in the right place but not so sure about the music.

I may not have the largest collection but I certainly have the absolute best
