The terrific cover-art is what originally drew me towards this album, it's certainly technical and brutal but other than a few quality solo's it does nothing for me unfortunately.

I initially wasn't impressed by the snippet I listened to when skimming the new releases, but saw it highlighted as a top release of the week in a couple of places and gave it another go, this is the kind of tech-death that I enjoy, hectic and dissonant but with some groove at times

It's their weakest album I've heard (Adveniens onward), but I'm still quite enjoying this. Perhaps it's focus of atmosphere over rhythm this time around? Not sure...I'll have to give it another go.
