I think this is one of Tony Martin's best vocal performancs, Iommi also had some amazing solo's, but the album itself for me is too soft, and their are too many ballad type songs, it's completely different to Dehumanizer, but you wouldn't expect any less from Black Sabbath, no album continues down the same path as their last. I find most of the songs to be uninspiring, and a wee bit dull, but the stand outs for me are "Dying for Love" and "Back To Eden".
