This must've been my first encounter with IQ back in the day, I remember this being my favorite from them. Haven't listened to this in years, but as for any great record, I can still bring at least the first four songs to my mind like it was just minute ago. I don't know exactly what they did here, but to my liking the production sounds more "hard rock" than their previous albums, not to say it's sellout or anything, but it's slightly rougher and rawer to my ears than Dark Matter or Seventh House. Even the synth sounds a little bit thicker than usual.

Just found out it's an hour long overall, never felt like that.

Maybe this one will grow on me but right now it doesn't do that much for me. Feels very middle of the road compared to many of the previous albums. It's as usually very beautiful but the band sounds a bit tired.
