Heavy Metal Mania is indeed unexpectedly good song on this album of otherwise forgettable music.

The Nightcummers are shooting blanks, IMO.

Death or Glory, Mavrock and the title track are by far the most interesting songs here imo, in those you can hear the direction the genre is going and the influence of the band - Metal getting heavier. Death or Glory is particularly kickass and a great headbanging song.

A lot of the other songs are the kind of "Rock n Roll!" stuff from the era I don't aged as good as those three tracks and sometimes Gary sounds like he should be in a Punk band instead.

Great debut album that should have got more attention but unfortunately did not.

I love this album. Nightcomers is at times sloppy, but the music is intense and authentic, even little campy. Holocaust had a genuine personality that stood out from most other similar bands. They were just shamelessly themselves.

You've got a lot of guts. Let's see what they look like!
