New-School Thrash Metal? This is turning to be a year of surprises in metal, when I thought I knew all the good bands in Metal, always comes one that surprises me and makes me recover some faith in our beloved music. The subject of analysis today is Contradiction and their (killer) new album entitled "Voice Of Hatred". The band is playing Old-School Thrash Metal with some modern elements here and there. Don't be confused, this album is not a nod to the Old-School, this guys are Old-School! They've been around since 1989, and released 3 full-lengths before this one. Is sad that they didn't got the proper promotion and management back then, but now with Armageddon Music as a label, they intend to change that. Read more ›› |
