Yep, it's some kind of electronic pop rock now. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't so bland, cheesy and uninspired.

One thing I can't understand:If they want to do music like this, why they released the last album that gave people false hope?

I don't think they have put fans in falling hope. They been glittering all over social links about their altering musical direction since start of 2015 and how much they embracing this new development of Sonic Syndicate. Even fans supporting them.

As for record, many listeners got the impression from artwork. I was one of them who didn't go ahead and listen the entire thing.

I don't know what you meant there.

But, as far as listening to Sonic Syndicate's albums are concerned, "Only Inhuman" is genuinely one of the stand material for me. Also, comparing with "Confessions" will be totally foolish as they have horribly gone onto new direction which doesn't suited to them.

Love And Other Disasters and the self-titled weren't awful. Just really really mediocre. Well, at least they weren't this album and We Rule The Night.

I haven't listened to them since Only Inhuman and this is a very, very different band now. Holy shit. I wouldn't really mind if they changed their musical direction, but the new one doesn't actually sound too good. It's all just so derivative. They sound like a poor man's version of Thirty Seconds to Mars and that's being generous. Very uninspired stuff. I'm kinda bummed, because I liked their first two albums.
