Raven Tide formed in early 2009 from an idea by Cheryl (vocals) and Shark (guitar), with the subsequent collaboration of Mark (drums) and Fred (bass). The band's sound is characterized by the fusion of the past experiences and the various musical influence of each member, creating the perfect blend of classic and symphonic metal, deep colors of dark and gothic with the grit and the power of heavy metal rhythmic groundworks.

After a great study on the concept creation and song writing, at the end of 2009, Raven Tide released their first EP Ever Rain, small preview to the completion of the full length. This 5 tracks issue soon became the subject of a large international distribution after the start of the collaboration with "Alkemist Fanatix Europe Agency" take part in several compilations (Beauty And Brutality, Kill City Vol. 21, Azulejos - Rock4l-laiti).

In 2010, in the wake of Ever Rain, the band signed with the label Lost Sound Records, and in the spring of 2011, under the production of Frank Andiver work on the long-awaited debut album Echoes Of Wonder (Carlo Bellotti Publishing/Warner Chappell Music) released on 18 November 2011 after the release of the first single The Ascent.

Currently the band is committed to the promotion of their full length that will take Raven Tide music live on the best Italian and European stages.
