Biography

In 2002, Secrets She Kept was formed by Necrol. The three track demo Symphonies Of Eternal Suffering And Damnation was self-released the same year with Necrol playing all instruments and doing all vocals. The next two years would be spent searching for suitable members to begin playing live.

In early 2005, Necrol began working on the full-length album Requiems To Midnight, Woe. Shortly after the recording, members were found. In late 2005, Secrets She Kept released the album Requiems To Midnight, Woe through Morbid Souls Music with a full lineup and began performing live.

At this time, Secrets She Kept performed throughout the band's home state of Florida and set out on numerous tours across the US and Mexico in support of their album. The band shared the stage with national and international acts such as Dark Funeral, Enslaved, 1349, Goatwhore, Monstrosity, Diabolic, Averse Sefira, Destruction, Ceremonial Castings, Horna and Nachtmystium, among others. During these years, writing had also begun for the band's next effort La Fin Absolue Du Monde.
