Crumbling artifacts of past,
Joy never found again.

In the absence of this sun,
Portraying charcoal scars
In artificial cascades of ebony,
An exhausted perspective
Over hearts and flesh and mind.

Forever deceptive in their
Meaningless wanderlust,
Restless atrophy of emotions
And so, illusions are born.

Ethereal Mist,
Shaped as a Crown
Devoid of Jewels.

Spirals of gray
Entwining in chromatic masks,
Circling subconsciously.

Swallow my departure,
A nervous wave at a distance,
A grey absence,
A flesh deep farewell.

A shard of mercurial mirror,
Replacing my distorted self,
Reflecting my denied emotions.

Flickering mist,
Blurred ash, bleak self.
No more understanding
Of this life, of this lie.

An illusion
Of a brighter Night than Day,
Just a mirage.
Memories of shadows in the past.

How can I process
Such a complex concept?
No Alpha, no Omega,
No Beginning, no End.

Soulless I feel,
Emptiness I breathe.
Across your universe
Will I find what I need?
These awkward questions,
They torment me,
Day and Night until infinity.

Everlasting distance,
Unchain me from rationality,
Demystify the complexity of infinity.

(Such an abstract conception,
Cannot be followed by my comprehension.
Such a defiance of logical interpretation.)

There are no boundaries
For the unknown,
Where science and religion fail.

Lifeless journey
Through misfortune...
Your knife,
Still carving bitterness
On my back.

All those years
Of ruin and deception,
Like an earthquake bringing me apart.
