MC Vice, you're misremembering that. Write-ins were always at the bottom. We just buffed up the UI and added a button to take you there so they get more visibility.

Bit disappointed that the write in option in the awards has been shifted to the bottom of the page. Used to be right underneath the nominees at the top, where it was more visible.

Two years ago I would have agreed with the "dying websites" comment. But in the last two years our visit counts have more than doubled. That still counts as "not much traffic", though :D
