Monuments - Launch New Song And Music Video 'Animus'
Before Monuments are embarking on extensive touring in the spring the UK metallers are excited to release a brand new song, "Animus". It is the first song and video, featuring Andy Cizek on vocals and reintroducing drummer Mike Malyan as full-time members. After playing two shows in India the band will be touring Europe with their friends in Heart Of A Coward. In April they will be heading back to North America with Skyharbor and Vespera for a 5-week long run.

Monuments are pleased to announce the return of a drummer Mike Malyan, who was already part of the group from 2006 to 2015. For all these years (since 2015), Mike had a lot of issues with injuries. Now, fully recovered, he and the rest of the band are in full active mode, writing their fourth studio record.

Monuments - World Touring Plans Revealed
Monuments will be doing a whole lot of touring next year. Around one month ago, British trio unveiled dates for North American lands (April and May). Yesterday, another set of gigs has been confirmed; this time across the 'old continent' (February and March). Supporting Monuments on this one will be Heart Of A Coward. Monuments - Postpone North American Tour
British metallers Monuments were "forced" to postpone their North American tour, which was planned to kick off next week, on September 4th in Buffalo, NY. The band appear to be blaming their management for not completing the visa application process in a timely manner. Regardless of what has happened, the band did not cancel tour dates, but postponed. New dates will be announced soon.

Edguy - To Release 25th Anniversary 3-Disc Album, Monuments Tour
It's Edguy's 25th anniversary this year. To celebrate that, the band is working on a big 3-disc anniversary release, containing new stuff, old stuff and unveiling unreleased material of long forgotten times and as if that was not enough - as a bonus - a DVD containing their video clips and a full live show filmed in 2004 during the Hellfire Club tour. Furthermore, the power metallers will play some Best Of shows, based on the material of their entire career.

Sadly, Monuments North American tour with The Contortionist, Sleepmakeswaves and Entheos ended in Baltimore. Due to financial reasons, it isn't possible for them to continue and be part of the rest of the shows. Despite this, the tour will go on with the other bands.

Monuments - Guitarist John Browne Streaming Solo Track
While we wait for the next Monuments album, the band's guitarist John Browne will release his debut solo album. John Browne's Flux Conduct side project has released "Yang" which is now available below and is featured on his solo debut, Qatsi, out on October 19th. Qatsi clocks in at 67 minutes and 44 seconds and is a fourteen-track conceptual piece that tells its story through a series of instrumental movements that reflect the album's themes of war, balance, and transformation. The first track is promising.
