Moonspell - Cancel Entire Latin America Tour

Portuguese giants Moonspell are celebrating their 25th anniversary as a band and were ready to start an extensive Latin American Tour, kicking off in Mexico on May 25th. Unfortunately for their fans, the band has announced that all dates of their live performances had to be cancelled due to lack of professionalism from the local organizer, Cronos Entertainment. In their announcement, which you can read in full below, Moonspell apologize to the fans and promise to try and reschedule for a visit in 2018.

Moonspell - Releasing New Album In 2017

After filming a new DVD in Lisbon, Moonspell are ready to release a new album this year! The band is currently on pre-production with Jon Phipps at their home studios (Inferno) in Portugal and recently posted online some pictures of their daily work at the studio.

Moonspell - Filming New DVD In Lisbon

Moonspell's upcoming show in Lisbon, Portugal in February will be a night to remember. Not only will the band perform the albums Irreligious (20th anniversary), Wolfheart and their latest Extinct in their entirety but they will also film a DVD for posterity. This special show will be immortalized on a live DVD.

Deathspell Omega - New Full-Length Streaming In Full

Deathspell Omega - New Album Details Unveiled

French black metal gods Deathspell Omega recently confirmed that they will release their new album, The Synarchy Of Molten Bones, on November 8th via Norma Evangelium Diaboli. The Ajna Offensive will make the album available in North America. The cover artwork for the album has now been unveiled and can be seen below alongside the song titles. Moonspell - To Release 'Irreligious' 20th Anniversary Vinyl

One of Moonspell's best albums, if not the best, Irreligious, returns on vinyl for the first time since its original release back in 1996! It will be released on October 7th, 2016 via Century Media Records. In cooperation with the band, the label decided to re-visit the band's quintessential album as original vinyl editions have been hard to find and are very expensive nowadays. This 20th anniversary edition includes various additional treats.

Shadowspell - Nils K. Rue Forms New Band With Aldo Lonobile

Frontiers Music Srl just announced the singing of Shadowspell, a new melodic metal act born from a collaboration between Italian guitarist/songwriter Aldo Lonobile of power/progressive band Secret Sphere and vocalist Nils K. Rue of Norwegian progressive metal giants Pagan's Mind. The rest of the super group line-up features Symphony X bassist Mike LePond, ex-Gamma Ray ex-Helloween/ex-Masterplan drummer Uli Kusch and former bandmate of Lonobile in Secret Sphere, Antonio Agate (ex-Odd Dimension).

Moonspell - Announce New Shows, Working On New Material

Moonspell have toured extensively in support of their latest album, Extinct. But the touring will continue. In fact, the Portuguese group just announced their final tour for 2016 that will bring them to Spain and France. They will also perform at the Eindhoven Metal Meeting and Graspop Metal Meeting with an Irreligious set for the record's twentieth anniversary. Moonspell - Debut New Video

Today sees the official release of Moonspell's new album Extinct in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal as well as Australia. While it will only hit stores on March 9th in the UK and March 17th in North America, now you can watch the band's promised new video clip for the title track. It was directed by Victor Castro for Bulldozer productions and it's the first created for Extinct. You can see if you like the final product below. According to the band, you can expect a meaningful, dark and cinematic video.

Moonspell - N. American Tour With Septicflesh, Deathstars

Moonspell - Preview All Tracks On New Album

Portugal's own Moonspell will release their new album, Extinct, on March 17th in North America and a few days earlier in Europe via Napalm Records. They have previously released three songs from the album, which is pretty generous.
