Melechesh - Part Ways With Bassist, Seek Replacement

Melechesh have amicably parted ways with bass player Rahm who officially joined the band a year ago.
The band cited professional reasons as grounds for this.
Founding member Ashmedi commented: "The band unanimously decided it is best to part ways with Rahm due to professional reasons that could have seriously affected the well being of the band. We wish him nothing but the best, we had good times. For now we will be auditioning bass players /backing vocalists."
The band will start auditioning experienced bass players effective immediately
Candidate requirements:
- Interest in the themes and music of Melechesh is paramount
- Of semi sound and open mind
- Skilled musician
- Team player
- Living in or around The Netherlands is a plus; we will look into all submissions.
Applicants should send, recordings, musical resume as well as photos and videos.
No time wasters , no ulterior motivations, no joy riders please!

August Burns Red - New Album Cover Art And Tracklist Revealed
US metallers August Burns Red will release their forthcoming album, entitled Leveler, on June 21 via Sollid State Records. The effort will be available in both regular and deluxe editions.
JB Brubaker commented: "What we were going for with the cover was an image of a house that had been destroyed by a natural disaster . The cover depicts a house that has been leveled by something like a hurricane. You can see the trees in the background are bent sideways from enduring strong winds. There are a bunch of chickens in the foreground who have come out of hiding to continue on with their daily activities. The chickens represent the calm after the storm. They represent life and the promise of a new day. The art has a real indie-rock vibe to it, which I like because while we're obviously not an indie band, we're not a typical metal band either."

Oakland, California extreme metallers, All Shall Perish, have announced This Is Where It Ends as the title of their fourth full-length record and follow up to their 2008 release Awaken The Dreamers. The majority of This Is Where It Ends was recorded and mixes once again at Castle Ultimate Studios in Oakland with producer Zack Ohren (Light This City, Decrepit Birth, Suffocation). Look for the album on sale both physically and digitally on July 26 (North America) and July 29 (Europe)!

Agoraphobic Nosebleed has posted the video for "Miscommunication" online now at MetalInjection.net. The video was edited by David Hall for Handshake Inc. (Maryland Deathfest: The Movie, Disgorge, Mexico). "Miscommunication" comes from Agoraphobic Nosebleed's upcoming split release with Despise You. The split, titled And On And On..., will see its release tomorrow, Tuesday, April 26th, via Relapse Records.
And On And On... features the first new recorded Despise You material in almost 10 years, with 18 punishing hardcore tracks clocking in at just under 17 minutes. The Agoraphobic Nosebleed side of the split features seven brand new tracks of Agoraphobic Nosebleed's always-evolving-grindcore. The split is currently streaming in its entirety online now at Crustcake.com. And On And On... will be available digitally (iTunes), on 12'' vinyl (pressing details here) and CD (pre-order here).
To coincide with the split release, Relapse Mailorder is also now offering a new Despise You t-shirt. The shirt is available as part of an exclusive pre-order package with And On And On... at this location.

It's been a long ride, but the forthcoming Stormwarrior studio opus Heathen Warrior is finally completed. Lars and Yenz have returned after spending some time at the Jailhouse Studio in Denmark, where the album was mixed by Tommy Hansen.
Heathen Warrior is now scheduled to be released on 27 May 2011 through Massacre Records.
