Thaurorod - Part Ways With Singer, Looking For Replacement

Finnish prog/power band Thaurorod has parted ways with their singer Michele Luppi. In a statement, the band said: "Unfortunately we have had to let Luppi go as he don't have enough time for Thaurorod and we just see it impossible to go on with him. He is an phenomenal vocalist and we wanted to give him time to complete his duties with Thaurorod. Finally we realized that a right thing to do is to continue with someone more motivated who shares the same passion and hunger to go on with Thaurorod as the rest of the band."

!T.O.O.H.! - Josef "Humanoid" Vesely Diagnosed With Schizophrenia

Bad news from the !T.O.O.H.! camp. The band's vocalist and guitarist, Josef "Humanoid" Vesely, has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. The band informed us via their Facebook page. Despite that, the band has completed the writing process for their forthcoming album, which they expect to start recording around September/October.

Serpentine Path - Release Debut Album Trailer

Japanese death/doom metal band Coffins are streaming the brand new song "Reborn", which is now available at MetalSucks. The song was exclusively recorded for Decibel Magazine's Flexi-Series and mastered at Noise Room Studio, October 2011. The band also has a new album coming up scheduled to drop either later this year or early 2013.

Hate Eternal - Announce South/Central American Tour

US brutal death metal titans Hate Eternal have announced a week-long tour that will take them through Central America and into South America. The band's first-ever trip to these countries begins with a September 1st show in Mexico City, Mexico, as part of the UltraMetal festival and concludes with a September 8th stop in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Hate Eternal is touring in support of its latest full-length, Phoenix Amongst The Ashes.

90-second samples from all songs to be featured on the new Testament album Dark Roots Of Earth have been made available for streaming online.
