Leaves' Eyes recently announced an August release for the "Special Fan Edition" of the band's latest album Njord. The new release is called At Heaven's End [cover art] and it contains the title track, as well as "Angus and the Swan" and the acoustic version of "Irish Rain" - three so far unreleased songs. The special fan edition with a noble matt and glossy foil printed slipcase, which is strictly limited, contains all songs from the Njord era, the Njord Digipak, including two bonus tracks, as well as the brand new bonus CD At Heaven's End, which contains seven non-album tracks, and last but least the video clip "My Destiny". The acoustic version of "Irish Rain" features Liv Kristine's sister Carmen Elise Espenæs (Midnattsol) on vocals.


At Heaven's End is already available in stores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The rest of the world can buy this special edition on August 27, while N. American fans will have to wait until 31 August.
