Never been much of a Black Sabbath fan, but this is something I'd probably attend if they do a show in Stockholm.

The best new of the year and the best news in years!

I really don't get it why some people are whining about Black Sabbath had their time and they don't have it anymore. I think they are the ones who decide when its time to quite and not someone else? Slayer had their time because some people dont like their new stuff better then their first? You say that to Kerry King. If you don't like Sabbath and dont want to see or hear them, just dont! Millions of others will in your place. Besides, this the first time for over 3 decades they are going to release new material as Black Sabbath (ozzy, iommi, geezer and ward) MK1. No one knows how it will sound so saying they had their time is premature.

What i do know is that they kicked ass with Dio live on stage as Heaven And Hell (Iommi and Geezer did) and "The Devil You Know" was a kick ass heavy album. Reason enough to be excited about the material they are going to release next year.

This music is not simply part of their lives, it IS their live. Iommi will play his guitar till he dies. And to see them play live on their respected age and now even put out a new album! is something we all should be very happy about.

This might be their "swansong". Don't expect them to tour and play for 20 years on....they wont. i think its amazing they still are giving it a try and all feel very good and strong about it. They said it themselves' its now or never'.

It really is beautiful to see 3 entire generations of people in the crowd listening to Black Sabbath, the band who changed the lives of so many people and still do years and years after they are gone. I'm a happy man.

Quaseten is what music they will play ..... end is like beggining they shood ge beck in Birmingham roots in steel factories and play etleast something like those days ....

Don't really know what to think about this news, if I'm honest.

On the one hand, it's a once in a lifetime chance to see probably the most important and most influential metal band of all time play live (something I regrettably have never done)... and on the other hand, there's more chance of Muhammad Ali coming out of retirement and knocking out both Klitschko brothers with one arm tied behind his back, than there is of Ozzy putting on a performance that's not completely and utterly atrocious.

I do want to see Sabbath, but I really don't want to see the Ozzy of today mumbling along completely out of time with the music and shouting "I can't hear you!" every 26 seconds. Ozzy's performances have been fucking abysmal for quite a few years now, and I really can't see that changing just because it's a 'Sabbath' show now, not an 'Ozzy' show... That's a problem.

master behind this ,don't kid yourself NO Ozzy No Reunion ,do you think Ozzy negotiated his part in this reunion. Ya ,it probably has a huge deal to do with money but I agree with Baz ,It will be awesome to see these legends doing their thing again and I for 1 will be there to check it out !!!!

Iommi and Osbourne just had their issues about the money and trademark "Black Sabbath' behind them and thats all solved out. I dont think Sharon has a lot to say in this reunion. Its not like she can tell Ozzy to not sing with his old mates again. She might have a bigger hand in Ozzy's Solo doings but not in Black Sabbath. The other members would not allow that (Iommi sure as hell wont).

Besides that i honestly dont think they do it for the Money. They had this idea for years in their minds, if they only did it for money they could have just announced a tour and play some old classics to cash in and it would have happened earlier on. They are now making a new album because they have they love to play together again.
