In other news, Ozzy Osbourne has released a statement about the rumours regarding his divorce and admitted his most recent struggles with substance abuse.

Wrote Osbourne: "For the last year and a half I have been drinking and taking drugs. I was in a very dark place and was an asshole to the people I love most, my family. However, I am happy to say that I am now 44 days sober.

Just to set the record straight, Sharon and I are not divorcing. I'm just trying to be a better person. I would like to apologize to Sharon, my family, my friends and my band mates for my insane behavior during this period... and my fans. God Bless, Ozzy."

If Ozzy and Sharon ever divorced, her and the kids would be fucked.

Still...Bet it's nice to ride on your husband's/dad's coat-tails.

I wonder if ozzy took drugs for inspiration?

This is a very intriguing question. From the look of some of the song titles I wouldn't doubt it had some influence.

Perhaps the tour manager has been partying it up with Mr. Ozzy. Last I checked, The Gorge is nowhere near Seattle.

Yeah, the Gorge is many, many hours of travel from Seattle or Portland.

It takes a heavy toll on a band to come out with a new record and that's why Ozzy is not able to pull it off with his energy. he's now damn old, weak, drunktard and probably that's the only reason he's lashing out at everyone.
