Haken - Streaming New Song, Launch Contest
Do you have 20 minutes to hear some music? That's all it will take for you to listen to Haken's new song. The London-based progressive metallers have launched a stream of the longest track on the upcoming EP Restoration, which is "Crystallised," as well as a competition to win a signed copy of the vinyl EP, a t-shirt and a poster. As for the new song, hear the tune below which features guest appearances by guitarist Pete Rinaldi (Headspace) and drummer Mike Portnoy (ex-Dream Theater).

Restoration is comprised of three reworked and updated songs which originally appeared on their 2007/08 self-produced demo. It is being released on the 27th of October via Inside Out Music.

Saw them play Crystalised last night in London. Absolutely awesome! Fantastic band to see live. At 10.30pm they announced they had only one more song to play - it was of course 'Visions' so the gig went on until 11pm.
