The Polish band Hegemone announced that their former vocalist & bassist Marcin Szpot is no longer in the group. He decided to leave but on good terms. At this point, the post-black metallers haven't announced a replacement yet.

This is their statement: "Our gig in Toruń was the last one we've played with Marcin Szpot on vocals and bass guitar. We've spent 3 great years together, played good gigs, recorder our debut album and made a lot of band memories. However, it is time to part our musical ways. Hegemone will continue it's journey... with whom? time will tell..."
