Cave Dweller Music's third annual Mind Over Metal, Mental Health Month charity sampler is out now on Bandcamp. If you would like to know more, you can watch the promo video below.
This year's edition features 70 tracks from 70 different artists, spread across two volumes. This is by far the label's largest sampler yet, and it is full of hours worth of different styles of underground music from around the world. You can pick up one volume for $10 or snap up both for just $15. Or better yet, you can pre-order a limited run 'Mind Over Metal: Volume 3' long sleeve shirt for $35 and get both volumes of the sampler at no cost.
Volume 1 | Volume 2 | Long sleeve shirt
James Sweetlove of CDM states: “Whether it be our own battles with mental health or those of our friends and family, it’s an issue that affects most people in some way. The last two years we put this sampler together we were blown away by the response, raising over $500USD each year before taxes and fees and this year we're hoping to raise even more. We believe wholeheartedly in this cause and any funds or awareness we manage to drum up through this sampler we see as a major win. So, please pick up one or both volumes today and if you can pick up a limited edition shirt to match. Make sure to also share this with your friends and family, or anyone who loves and supports underground music or cares about mental health."
