Memphis, Tennessee-based death metal ensemble Ritual Fog and Transcending Obscurity Records have joined forces and signed new contract for the release of debut full length effort But Merely Flesh.

The band's statement: "Ritual Fog promulgates the release of their debut album But Merely Flesh through Transcending Obscurity Records.
