After I saw Opeth in Emo's in Austin back in probably 2006 or something they were literally booed because of their transition from hard singing/guitar to light singing/guitar, which is their style. I figured they would never come here again and I would not blame them. I am shocked they are coming back. I truly believe that Åkerfeldt has the greatest death metal voice in the world and would love to see/ hear him live once again. Now I am very much older with my wife and three kids and I will see if I can get my wife to go with me (avid country music listener). This will be interesting.....
